Holiday gift ideas for caregivers in daycare

I've just always thought the appropriate amount is one weeks tuition however you spread it. We are not made of money, but my son's daycare is THE most important people in his life besides me and DH. I certainly want to take care of people who mean so much to me and the emotional well being of my child. I will skimp on anyone else, to make room in the budget to spend on his daycare provider.
