I like the house, but not the way it's decorated. I'm not a fan of the kitchen or bathrooms either. It's a beautiful house and lot, but I don't think it's worth $5.7M. I think it should be in the the high $3M range. In fact, I've seen houses in the $3M range in CC that I think are nicer.

Way, way overpriced. Room sizes are not great. Other than master bath, those are not $6m baths, slightly dated, small & basic. Ceiling height, especially upstairs isn't great. Carriage house & grounds are nice, but throw in the very busy street & is say it should be high 4s max.

I'm the one who cuts through there pretty often and it is not a "very busy street." A very busy street is Bradley Lane or Western Avenue.
