i know you said you can't find any in MD, but i suspect you are only looking in the b-cc area based on your location. try Pho Real or Pho An in the suburban part of silver spring. they tend to be cleaner and friendlier than other local spots. you can also try Pho 75 in rockville. look em up... they all have strong reviews.


Oh thanks. Pho 75 never used to have summer rolls - guess they added them in 2012. I've tried Pho An and think it's okay, not great, but decent. And I drive that far for Cuban (Cuba de Ayer) so I'll give Pho Real a try sometime. We don't really eat in Bethesda any more. We like ethnic and real estate is now too high in Bethesda for most ethnic restaurants.
