That is in Colonial Village which is a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. However, I've seen the house. It's a little out of place. It's not too big for the lot. The house doesn't look too big, but it actually looks a little plain on the street.

I live in the neighborhood. I love it, but there are no kids. Everyone is old.

This is NOT Chevy Chase- and I live near Colonial Village and LOVE it, but no way is it Chevy Chase- btw, overpriced.
