4500sq ft. I like it. |
| Nightmare on McMansion Street. |
| Is that really CC? |
20012 = not really CC. |
| It looks very dated both outside and in, although some of that could be solved with better decorating and landscaping. And all the curved rooms are a little odd. But great space for the price. |
| Yuck. Look at the poor little house next door. |
| I know, right? It looks like the bigger house is going to fall on it. |
| Not a fan of all those stairs and having to go through the basement from the garage |
| I own a similar style house elevation, but smaller with 3200 sq ft above ground, half of basement (english style), same front steps but less, two garage, same brick color and slope. I bought 25yrs ago when I was a lot younger and fit. Would I've bought it today? Heck no, not will all the stairs and having go through the garage. GL to the sellers, but it looks to be a hard sell at that price point. |
| Is that a fish tank porthole in the foyer? Why are some of the pictures drawings rather than photos? Priced high I think. |
|
that's not CC at all. it is on the other side of the park, Colonial Village, near 16th st.
apparently the house was put for sale in Sep.09 and the listing expired after 6 months |
| Not CCDC. |
| Why is it dated? It looks pretty updated to me. It is a colonial style house, yes, but it has open floor plan, great finishes, wood floors, etc. Am I missing something? |
| OH, also tons of recess lighting. |
| I think it's really tacky. |
