Second acidophilus from Whole Foods. There's also a good probiotic called Culturelle we give to DC. Find it online or at Whole Foods. It's expensive, but seems to work well.
Next time, ask for a different antibiotic. I lost part of my hearing from taking Augmentin, and DC had serious tummy trouble after taking it. I'd never use it again for anyone in my family. |
