As those economies improve (read: costs increase) work is starting to move back to the US. The Economist had a whole special report on it a few weeks ago. Here's one of the articles:

I'm sorry to disppoint you, but that's manufacturing labor for the most part.

Professional services will continue to be outsourced to India for some time to come. Most of the Fortune 500 have Indian talent hubs for a reason.
