will get my review next week, but if it's like last year, which it should be, (exceeds expectations):

private sector, 3% raise, 15% bonus.

FWIW, I make a smidge under 100k.

I feel lucky!!!!!!

2.89%, $13k bonus

6%, killer review, and totally grateful.

yet housing in DMV remains at near bubble-peak highs, but no one is getting any real raises???

I got 2.5%. Company contracts to feds.
I do not know what to think of this.

Those of you who did not get an increase, why are you still there? Is that not a sign that you should consider finding another job?

My company is shedding about 100 jobs a month. We are ALL looking. It was different in 2007 when I last looked for a new job!

I can see that, but surprised, because we often see people posting their astronomical salaries at BIGLAW or what not entrepreneurial gig, so figured those same people would be sharing their raise percentages (and generally posting a percentage is considered less gauche than the actual salary number).

Please someone educate me on HOW the "bubble" can continue to grow with no one getting raises and the cost of living continuing to sky rocket. I aint that smart, but maybe one-a-yous can kinda talk to me about how this is possible?
