This one is unique to the real estate forum: "Builder Grade." Whenever posts a home and someone doesn't like the kitchen (or the bathroom or whatever), they say it's "builder-grade", i.e. "the cheapest option available." Even if the kitchen cabinets or whatever actually look pretty nice.
