What's wrong with this house in Colonial Village

First of all, I live in Colonial Village and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the neighborhood. My kids can play outside and I never worry. My neighbors are awesome. Rock Creek park is closed on weekends so it's wonderful for our biking riding, etc. We can also walk to downtown Silver Spring and the metro.

Now, we looked at this house 3 years ago. It had major mold problems and we walked away. At some point it was corporate owned.

People are talking about Colonial Village, but no one ever seems to leave. Houses RARELY go on the market.
