About 950 on a 450k home in FFX County.
Check your deductible. Also, any sq ftg under ground, even a finished basement, doesn't factor in to the sq ftg of the home so the insurer can adjust the size of the home which would reduce your premium. Or so USAA told me when we reworked my plan last year. My jewelry policy is for like 10k in jewelry and my premium is about $120/yr. Much cheaper to make a claim on that if necessary than pay a homeowners deductible and the resulting premium increase. |
