Why would it matter where the people who shop at your Costco live? It's not like the resources are finite or the store sells something geographically specific.

According to the sound byte on WTOP, the gas station is expected to open in March 2013.

Hopefully that's just because it's the first weekend that it's been open. Should die down soon...
