| I wouldn't put anything into the slow growing label. By definition a day 6 is slower than a day 5. Also, please don't get overly excited about symptoms or upset you don't have any. Progesterone is responsible for most of the early pregnancy symptoms, so in this case it's not a good indicator of success. I had "symptoms" on several of my failed rounds, but nothing on my chemical or with my current BFP. Fingers crossed for you!! |
| I have gotten pregnant twice with day 6 frozen embryos. We first tried two morulas as a fresh transfer on day 5, and those didn't take. The timing/hormones must have been better for my FETs. |
Best of luck to you. I transferred two day 6 5BB embryos, and have healthy boy/girl twins who are a little over a year old today. They even started walking and rolling over before my first child ever did, and she was a 4AA embryo

I did genetic testing and had normal Day 5 and Day 6 embryos. The embryologist was smitten with the look of one of the normal Day 6 embryos (she told us so) and the doctor implanted a Day 6, not a Day 5.
That Day 6 embryo is now my son who is off the charts in all respects in my very biased opinion. My point is this: I wouldn't get caught up in the Day 5 vs Day 6 comparison. A healthy embryo will be a healthy baby and that is what I wish for you. |
