| My cleaning lady acts like she likes me. Anyhow, I agree with the other poster who said LEAVE THE HOUSE when the cleaners come. That would be awkward if I was there the entire time my cleaning lady was there. That happened one time when my elderly inlaws were visiting and it would have been difficult to move them. But otherwise, I would leave. |
| I never see them, I'm at work when they come. I don't know them. |
| Get rid of her. Not worth it and not worth the negative energy. I don't care how well she is doing the job - others will too. |
| Do I like like her? No, I'm straight. |
| Do you pick up things before she comes? |
| I like them most days. They are my offspring afterall. |
|
Agree - make sure you are pre-cleaning before the cleaners come. They should be cleaning not picking shit up off of the floor and organizign mess. |
|
I LOVE my cleaning lady . . .
b/c I LOVE myself. |
|
We preclean. Maybe you do not and she is showing her disapproval?
I come into contact with my cleaning lady a few times a year, one of which is the note thanking her along with her holiday bonus. |

I love my cleaning lady. She actually only does a mediocre job, but she's a really nice, kind person and I really enjoy talking with her. I'm always a little sad when she comes on a day I'm not home!
But I think your situation is better in some ways. A really good cleaning person is really hard to find! |
She's disgusted because she's cleaning your shit from YOUR toilets. Wouldn't you be? |
| i love our cleaning lady. she doesnt speak english, but its okay because I speak spanish. we talk with each other and sometimes we will have a drink together while she's here (and the rest of the family is gone). She is really nice, I know she probably doesnt like cleaning our toilets and emptying our trash, but in the end that is what she is paid to do and she signed up for the job. |
If she'd like a more glamorous job, she can ensure that she's qualified to get one. For the time being, those who need to be cleaning others' homes will do it. |
That doesn't transcend disgust. Shit is shit. |
