Are you looking for baby/nursery furniture, or toddler/kid furniture?
I think GB is expensive, but no more so than Pottery Barn. Great selection at GB. |
I'm looking for children's furniture. Outgrown the nursery furniture. |
I've been thrilled with the Pali furniture purchased from GB. I bought a double dresser and a crib with the rails to convert to a double bed for long term use, plus added some accessories from IKEA--a bookcase and a rolling bedside table. The pricing was the best in the entire area, the furniture was delivered by great people who immediately assembled the crib, and their sales people knew everything about furniture. |
Their customer service has gone down terribly since I started buying from them 2 years ago |
They screwed up my order and then promised me reduced shipping when they omitted something from my original order. To add insult to injury, they now they say they have no record of that discussion and are charging me full price for their mistake! I'm livid and ready to shop elsewhere in the future. Their customer service has really gone downhill and I've now waited six months for this furniture to arrive ![]() |
We had a great experience when we bought DD's crib and glided this last May. |
We bought both of our children’s furniture at GB and I need to move my oldest to a double bed and it looks like it went out of business. They had a great furniture line from NH. Can anyone make a recommendation for another quality children’s furniture store (not PB)? |
Crate & Kids, and Room & Board both have great children's furniture. It'll cost though. |
They've been out of business for over two years. |
worth the trip. they have a range in prices (but if you aren't out off by Pottery Barn prices you will be fine). as I assume you know, some of the furniture takes SEVERAL weeks to get - like regular furniture stores. I think ours took over 2 months. |
Whoops! That's too bad. |
And took a bunch of customers' money with them... |
