What did your kids eat for Dinner?

DS 15 months ate a plumcot. He always eats an entire piece of fruit with each meal

He would not touch the black beans and rice I made, just mooshed it around

He loves these chicken, spinach, artichoke patties I have been buying at Trader Joes. He ate several bites of that.

I also offered him some crackers just to get some food in his tummy.

Are all 3 ingredients in one patty? I was just at TJ but didn't see them. Are they in the frozen or deli section?

DS, 14 months, ate applesauce and a little quesadilla that I made him using a whole wheat tortilla, chicken breast, black beans, cilantro, and white cheddar. I also managed to hide some spinach and red pepper in there. I find they are a great way to get some veggies in him. The other half of the quesadilla went to daycare with him for lunch today.

DD is 13 months had whole wheat mac with cheese, green beans and carrots (the trio from Trader Joes) and a half of a banana. I won't tell you what we ate - we were terrible!

They are actually in the meat section. There are two patties to a pack and look kinda like a burger I guess. They are spinach, artichoke and a few cheeses. He loves them. I go to three different Trader Joes and they are actually all in the meat section. Yummy for him.

DC ate what we did: penne with grilled tomatoes and zucchini and lots of pecorino. Had two bowls and ate the leftovers for lunch today!

DS (5) ate what we did - grilled boneless chicken breasts in a ketchup-chipotle marinade, and grilled asparagrus.

Tonight is pasta and salad
