Well, she obviously thinks very highly of herself but not of her former colleagues. If you aren't going to miss her regardless of the tacky quote, don't email a reply. Her email doesn't require one.

OP here. I just left it alone, and didn't reply. But if I was gutsy, I would have done the above. That is just awesome. Thanks for all who weighed in.
