Boy Scouts during school hours?

OP, The boys were not asked if they wanted to attend and the parents weren't told this would happening. We may have been told the boyscouts would be there (could have been listed in upcoming events list) but I would think that meant a table set up at lunch & kids could ask for information. It does seem that my son missed recess because it happened to be at the same time of the presentation, which was during regular school hours, other kids had their regular recess time.

Amazes me because just a week ago the school district (Chesterfield) turned down a request to allow the first lady to speak at one of the elementary schools because the county policy prohibts "the use of school facilities during the school day for political purposes.”
