ISO Rental Apartments above grocery stores in Montgomery County

I lived for a bit over a year at Congressional Towers, the one behind Congressional Plaza. I loved it there. I could walk to Whole Foods (now a different market), and small restaurants, .6 miles to the metro, a CVS in walking distance, and a bus stop right in front of the complex to go to the metro or to Montgomery Mall. The apartment was pretty big for this area, and all utilities included. I felt very safe walking around. Many elderly residents in the apartments.
