Ideas for what to bring for lunch given pregnancy diet restrictions?

I liked to buy those boxes of Near East seasoned rice pilaf and mix in my own beans, corn, bell peppers, peas, black olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, walnuts, feta, etc. Yummy. I can eat that every day. They also sell whole grain mixes now which are a little heartier and healthier than the pilaf.

I also ate a lot of lentil soup when I was pregnant. I always add spinach, carrots, and tomatoes to my lentil soup and top it with sliced avocado and plain yogurt.
