| Bed around 10pm, up at 4:30am. On Saturdays, I sleep in until 6am. |
| I go to bed around 10 or 10:30, wake up around 6 or 6:30. Need me some 8 hours of sleep, and sometimes i'm embarrassed that I can't stay up late any more. (seems like a lot of my coworkers like to send emails at 11pm or midnight! they are so cool!) It's also hard for me to sleep in past 7 or 7:30 on a weekend these days. not that that happens much these days! |

I go to bed around 1000-10:30 and wake around 5AM.
I should go to bed at 9PM, I'm prepetually exhausted and this can't be healthy. |
| 8:30-10:30, up at 5:30. I've been exhausted recently. |
| Around 10:30 at night and around 7 am. |
| I go to bed about midnight and get up between 7:30 and 8 |
12 hours? I thought you might be this poster's DH http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/242947.page |

Not a silly thing to have an argument about. DH and I do all the time. He wants to stay up until 11:30 or midnight and fall asleep on the couch before heading to the bed. Then sleeps until the last possible minute in the morning, where he only has time to get himself ready and out the door....meanwhile there's three kids including a 9 month old who need a little help.
While I'm a night owl by nature, I know I ought to go to bed around 10 or 10:30 so that I can get up around 6 or 6:30 to get myself AND the kids ready, and function the next day. We argue about this quite a bit. |
| I go to bed between 12midnight-1am and wake at about 6:30. Weekends I sleep in until about 8:00. |
| Bring the crying 9 month old to him every morning. He will learn to get enough sleep. Problem solved |
Me too. Kids are older and take the bus to school. I try to get up at 7:30 but more often it's closer to 8. |
