The court did when it convicted Scooter Libby of outing a spy. So apparently many people can honestly believe her to be a spy.

Obama and Biden both called for an independent investigator in the Plame issue, but now they aren't moving for one? Seems a little hypocritical especially with the breadth and scope of the leak in terms of national security and secret information divulged.

It was Deputy Secretary of State, Richard Lee Armitage who outed Plame. Once that was revealed everyone pretty much lost interested except for the bad Hollywood movie.

Actually Obama did not call for such an investigation, despite what Fox may be saying. He wasn't even a senator at that time. I don't know the story on Biden in that regard.
