How many c-sections have you had?

I have had three C sections and they all went well with no complications. I have to be honest.. I would much rather you cut open my stomach than have my hoohah all messed up.

I've had 3 c-sections and two additional abdominal surgeries through the same incision. No more flat tummy and very few complications. Really, the only complications I suffered were pre and post op (bad epidural so had to be under for 3rd c-section and poor healing/drainage on 1st ab surgery which led to a scar revision during c-section #2)

You couldn't pay me to have another surgery in that area again, though. Not even a tummy-tuck. Part of that area is completely numb and part of it feels like it's on fire when I touch it - definite nerve damage. I also suffer from a lot of "charlie horse" type cramps when I try to do pilates, etc... Totally worth it for 3 kids and my overall health - just hope nothing needs to be accessed from that area again!

One section, planned, recovery was pretty miserable. No complication, just paid that I'd like to forget.

Second vaginal because I thought i wanted 3 children. After 2 kids I realize that I can't do baby again.

Three. When doing the third my OB did say she was glad I was done (she was doing a tubal at the same time) b/c she wouldn't be able to recommend a 4th. Varies per person. My good friend has had 4 and is cleared for at least another one if she wants.

My OB said that with each c-section your uterus gets thinner and thinner. She said that even after one, she has seen where the babies look like they are in a celophane bag, but of course this varies from woman to woman. This was basically my warning prior to doing the VBAC.

Look at Michelle Duggar, she's had, what 20 children? And I know she's had quite a few sections thrown in the mix.

Had a horrible experience even though it was planned (LO was breech).

Me too, exactly.
