OMG-I'm the ranch dressing poster and after all the great recipes on this thread, I hang my head in shame. Love the hearts of palm one, but a lot sound delicious and unique.

I realize the restaurant was in Mexico. An Italian restaurant in Mexico. And I don't think a traditional "cessation salad" (LOL autocorrect) would be good with Mexican food.
