Hilarious. Sellers have a real problem when they are trying to sell while the house is occupied by slobs who are renting (not that i know these are renters). The seller can't do anything about the mess. We went to an open house recently; $1.3 mill house occupied by several young bachelor renters. Dirty food containers everywhere, dirty clothes lying around, smelly, dirty bathrooms. I didn't go into all of the bedrooms because I didn't want to see anything I couldn't unsee. The house is just a couple of years old and should be close to pristene, but because of the irresponsible renters they can't sell it; more than a year on the market in one of the most sought after school districts in the DC area. |
| Geez, that house previously was on the market for two years |
