WTH? Complete with cat hair all over the bed. Gross.
|
| Maybe the cat conveys. |
| lol. I thought it would be the cat in the background of the photo but it's actually a pic OF the cat! I think 9:43 might be right. |
| actually, the cat is the best part of the listing |
| That's awesome! |
| And while you might like the statement of the bright yellow trim work, many people don't and buyers are notorious for having no imagination to see around cosmetics. Go out, buy a cheap quart of white and paint over the yellow trim. Yeesh. |
| There's an Arlington realtor whose photo includes her dog, and it's sort of amazing to me that someone who presumably spends her days telling people to make their homes as neutral as possible thinks that every potential seller out there is going to be charmed by her yappy white ratdog. |
' I read this and was thinking, yellow trim isn't that bad--then I saw the pictures. Good lord! That is YELLOW!!! |
| The kitty is cute. I am a cat person! |
| I don't even think that cat is in that house. I think the realtor accidentally posted that pic. Am I wrong? Would someone do that purposefully? |
| I agree with 10:27 and 10:23. The photo is mistake but its the best part of the photos of the house. That kitchen is terrible - whats with the colors and weird boulder wall? and the bathrooms, while new, look poorly designed or made for midgets. |
| How can an agent post photos like these?? http://franklymls.com/FX7792740 |
I started off thinking "What's the problem?" and quickly got to "You have got to me kidding me." |
I am thinking 'cat piss'. It ruins the floors more than anything else---more than dog piss. Trust me--I researched this once we starting renting out our rowhouse . It seeps way down into the floorboards...can't get that smell out.
