I'm not sure what the entree would be - too many to choose from - but as a side I'd have Joel Robuchon's mashed potatoes. And if you laugh, you obviously haven't had them. As an appetizer, Thomas Keller's classic Oysters and Pearls. For dessert, my mom's chocolate cake. A really good bourbon before dinner, and a great cup of coffee afterwards. Wine would depend on the entree.
