Are there some people that even with diet and exercise will be naturally larger?

Yes. When I am a very healthy weight, my body--specifically my legs--are still muscular. Unless I starved myself (guessing) I will never have slim, slender legs because of the muscle there.

OP, I have two dogs. Same type (poodle-golden crosses) but from different parents. They have the exact same lifestyle: Same food, same exercise. One is lean and fast. The other looks like a bulldog. Genetics is a bitch.

I just lost 15 lbs and am a size 0-2 with massive boobs that did not get any smaller.

Some things will not change on your body no matter what!

I have pretty much been skinny my whole life whether I ate healthily and exercised or not. I have to think that there are some people who will be a little heavy whether they eat healthfully and exercise or not. My husband seems to fall into that category, much to his general frustration.

Yes, but I take solace in the fact that during the zombie apocalypse I will kick all your skinny asses

Yes. There are different body types but some people say that they are "big boned" but still have fat backs, fat necks, fat bellies, and fat arms. That has nothing to do with bone structure. These people are just lying to themselves.

Serena Williams is probably a good example.

I am 6 ft and at my fittest as an athlete i was 185 lbs with hips big muscular thighs and big muscular arms. With minor weight gain i wad 200 lbs after i stopped competing...legs and arms got even bigger. I tried modelling but my frame was just never the ideal slim type.
