| I'm make under 100K in a small firm. I went to a top 10 school. I am home for dinner every night. I never work weekends. I don't measure my salary by what I bill, rather, it's just what I get paid to do my job as it varies. I like the work I do. I help people most of the time, corporations none of the time. |

| $98k, federal govt. I telework most days and have tons of flexibility wrt hours. |
| Government, $108k, 40 hours/week (and I leave work at work but do have a blackberry), telework once per week |
| 90 - nonprofit - you could not pay me to earn more if I had to go back to govt or biglaw! |

Biglaw senior associate - regulatory practice -1900 billable minimum, but in reality more like 2100. Regulatory work doesn't rack up hours easily, so it would be impossible to be a high billable hour associate in this space.
