well, yes and no. I'm the poster you are referring to, and even if they were civilians while I would be upset by their death, killing children on purpose is just another level of savagery to me. Worse than that, only if it is acase of mothers killing their children.... Unnatural and horrorifying.

You are parsing this too finely. That adult was part of the same shooting as the kids. She was not lining up every victim and deciding who did/ did not make the sympathy cut.

This is why the Justice Department has to ask these racists in Florida why they have not arrested the man who murdered a child. In France, there is a manhunt and we are all wrapped up in it too. Tell me, in Toulouse do they know about the boy in FL? I bet not! What is the difference? You should care more about FL because this is our home, the USA.
You dam well cared because they were Jews, because you have been taught to care about that. You have never been taught to care about Black children. I don't care what your race is, we as a society value certain lives more, because we have been taught to do so.

This shooting also makes me deeply sad, what a crazy world. Today's NYT reported that the shooter had a video camera strapped to his chest, apparently to film the whole thing. Absolutely despicable.
