| Couldn't get Grewell went for Kornegay. |
We just used them for an inspection and my husband was really impressed with how thorough they were. And the report was very detailed. I'd recommend them. |
34 reviews, all 5 star, is almost too good to be true. |

And as they say - if it seems to good to be true - it probably isn't true. |
Cliff did my inspection the other week. Old row home in the Logan neighbourhood. I found him both thorough and reasonably priced. Spent a almost four hours at the property. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. |

Ken Cox. (inspector)
We've done 3 home inspections over time and he is the most thorough inspector we've ever found. He saved us from making a very bad purchase recently by spotting a costly (i.e. 50,000+) problem. |
| JD Grewell hands down. This article: http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/articles/26726/this-old-grouse |

I just called Grewell and was quoted $200/hour for the inspection (estimate was $1000 total).
That seemed pretty high to me. The house is 3,000 sq ft, 3.5 BA, 2 HVAC. Is that what other folks are paying? |
