Where's the state action? Its an association of private and parochial schools. The boys were willing to forfeit but tried to appeal anyway. They moved the semi-finals up a few hours on Friday and the finals a few hours later on Saturday.

The rescheduled a soccer game for a seventh day adventist school a couple years back. It was unclear why they were denying the orthodox jewish school this time around. The other team didnt protest the time change.

Moving it was the right thing to do.
