Why if she was so badly beaten did the roommate who called 9-1-1 say she thought maybe it was alcohol poisoning? Wouldn't she have seen massive blunt force trauma injuries and blood everywhere?
Just wondering about this detail? |
PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS. To prove it let me remind you that CASEY ANTHONY IS WALKING THE STREETS. |
I have a family member on the Charlottesville jury. I certainly hope so too...and I sure wouldn't want to be in that family member's shoes having to serve on the jury! |
You'd be perfect for the jury pool. |
Please don't blame the jury for an incompetent prosecution. The jury members who have spoken to the press have said that they did not believe that she was innocent, but that the prosecution did not present evidence that suggests what crime she committed. Without evidence and a clear line of reasoning of what she is accused of, they could only acquit. The prosecution should be ashamed of the poor job they did in this case. The prosecution must actually MAKE a case for the jury to uphold. A jury cannot just convict just on the feeling that the accused is guilty. |
As is the 5th grade hair cut. |

I don't know how the Love family has the grace to sit in the same room with that thug, his family and the defense team. Out of respect and love for Yeardley.
I hope not a single juror is swayed by any of the tactics, but that they examine the facts. Granted we don't have any idea what is going to happen in the courtroom over the next several weeks, but hopefully the jurors can remember that it would be incredibly convenient for Love to have died from natural causes on the same night that she was beaten senseless. |
Exactly! The Lululemon killer went on trial within what, four months after committing murder? This guy's been sitting in jail for two years now.. |
| I hope Karma gets a hold of him and his family - his father sounds like an a**hole. A**holes breed a**holes, so it does not benefit any of us to raise one when we have to bail them out of jail! Hopefully some are getting this message but somehow I doubt it. |
his father is an ass, hanging out with his buddies saying his som is going to walk and he will be fine etc. then getting popped for a dwi |

This is also brilliant reasoning - he can't be a calculating killer BECAUSE HE'S A LACROSSE PLAYER!!! Also, if he was too drunk to know what he was doing, how come he was sober enough to think to take her laptop with him? I'll take the evidence of an email any day over the characterization by a defense attorney that he went to her apartment to talk to her. Come on jurors, don't be led astray from the facts here:
"Defense attorney Francis Lawrence said a videotape of Huguely's interview with police will show he is not a calculating criminal. "He's not complicated. He's not complex. He's a lacrosse player," Lawrence said. Huguely went to Love's apartment to talk and work things out, not to kill her, Lawrence said. He took the laptop as "collateral" — a way to get her to continue to talk to him, not to destroy evidence, the defense attorney said." |
Isn't this called theft? With this for a defense, I don't think this creep is going anywhere but to the State Penitentuary for the rest of his natural life. His defense attorney is grasping at thin air. |

Praying that justice is served and that this punk gets what he deserves.

Theft AND felony coercion. Almost like blackmailing her, I'll damage or never return your laptop if you don't do what I say. |
Aristocratic elitism. The class of people who feel that the rich are above the law. Hopefully the court will prove them wrong. |
