Nothing. But if the cheated-on spouse was a friend, I might tell the cheating spouse that they needed to come clean or i might tell my friend.

Nothing. How can you know for certain? Maybe you saw the person with a sibling or old friend or something. Plus, for all we know they have an open marriage. If it's a close friend I would obsess and drive myself nuts and probably tell, because I would know that friend doesn't have an open marriage. Plus, she could get STDs if her husband isn't careful and regardless I would expect her to tell me.

Blackmail, of course, and then that person would have irrefutable evidence of you committing a felony, report you, you are charged, tried, and convicted and maybe you'll be out of jail in time to sneak in to see one of your children graduate from high school, college, or get married.
