Without making a judgment on Cheh's legislation, I'd like to suggest that you discuss it on its merits, rather than implying that no legislation is worth doing if it is not more important than everything else within the Council's purview. But much more importantly, weren't you actually defending the right to express an idea
even if someone else thinks it's "Dumb ass rhetoric"? There has never been a lack of freedom to express ideas that are accepted by everyone.
