I know several beer drinkers who don't like Blue Moon.

Those are GREAT middle of the road beers.

I have to add Fat Tire-love it.

Blue Moon

Magic Hat (fall brew)

Red Stripe

DC Brau

Like PP said, look for Octoberfest or "fall" beers

Yes I like beer.

Red Stripe, are you serious?? I was recently in Jamaica and all they had was this and domestic American beers. HORRIBLE all around.

With pizza? Try Carlsburg Vintage 3, Brewdog Altantic ipa, SA Utopias, Tutanlchamum Ale, La Vielle Bon Secourt or Brewdog's End of History...that's it, that's the list.

I like Red Stripe too. To each their own.

Meanwhile, you sound like a malcontent. You're in JAMAICA and you're fretting about the BEER selection?

Blue Moon is not girl beer. It is easy drinking and goes with everything. I love it. Don't knock it until you've tried it ( with pizza).

ITA. I enjoy Blue Moon too. This is the first I've heard it been called "girl beer." Is that supposed to be some kind of insult, like it's not "hardcore" enough for the PP?

The pretentiousness of beer drinkers seems to have gone off the charts some time in the last 2 years.
