Amy Ard was my doula and she was fantastic. She is based in Silver Spring but she fills up quickly so keep that in mind.

She is very experienced and priced accordingly. I had a medically induced birth and was high risk throughout my pregnancy so I wanted someone with a lot of experience. She has a very calm demeanor and really made us feel comfortable through the whole process. She helped get the baby to latch immediately after birth and also came to my home after we came home from the hospital.
