Did anyone read the article about the DC mom who disappeared in the middle of the night?

I found it weird though the story about the kids the day she disappeared. The 9 year old girl cousin came over for a sleepover with a 3 and 5 year old boy cousins. Seemed unlikely that she would want that. Maybe the mothers worked that out.

Then the mother disappeared overnight and no adult came over until 3pm?

It said the mom of the cousin was stranded across town but what I do find telling is that they even by 3pm the adults were still thinking she had just gone off to run an errand which makes me wonder if something like this had happened in the past where she had disappeared for hours at a time.
