How very Watergate of you to dismiss a WaPo article because of anonymous sources. In the end, that didn't much help Nixon, did it? OK ask yourself why Perry's people haven't provided photos. If they would prove him right, surely they can get access to the rock. A WaPo reporter can't get onto private property, but surely he can. |
I am sure that he could have found another hunting lodge. |
Why would Perry provide photos? He didn't write the story. If you are going to make the charges you actually have to prove them. Anonymous sources aren't proof under any journalistic standard. |
Obama should not have had to publish his birth certificate on the Internet. |
What? You are right he didn't have to and didn't do it for years. So why he gave in to Donald Trump I will never know. Obama ain't so smart and his people are even less smart. |
I agree. Like the poor unjustly besieged Obama who eventually showed us his birth certificate just to get the cranks off his back, Perry should just get it over with and send out a crack team of WP reporters and forensic specialists so that can analyze the rock and lay those racism charges to rest. If Perry really IS NOT a card carrying uber-racist who hates blacks and who also hates anyone who opposes the death penalty for all US citizens unless it is delivered by a remotely controlled missile in Yemen he should have nothing to fear, right? The Washington Post, from Watergate to Rockgate. Keep up the good work. |
Well then Perry should not respond. Let's see what happens. |
