I find it interesting that no one has commented on OP'd highly questionable behavior. I find it frightening that a citizen can get reported to some sort of big brother WH sponsored organization for voicing an opinion.

I think the point is that OP is so over the top that his/her irony is can easily be missed. Can you imagine someone who starts new threads with no aim other than to launch a new attack on Obama actually reporting someone else for attacking Obama?

Speaking of lost irony, the humor of that YouTube video OP posted was so loud and annoying that I was unclear whether it was actually touting the website or criticizing it. What did you all think?

Oh please. This is not a place for you to report your neighbor who hires an off the books nanny. This is a place for a political campaign to receive alerts about ridiculous attacks against the President.

What is shocking is that we need a clearing house for this. But given how Day One this President faced 4x the number of death threats, was caricatured as a monkey, had his citizenship questioned, and on and on, it is a sad reality.

Anyway all he is doing is taking a cue from Fox News, which asks people to report the very same things.

Come on, 4x the number of death threats Obama VS Bush. Wrong. Not true.

Let’s see when Bush was president they made a movie about him being assassinated called, “Death of a President that was shown in DC. There were many occasions when celebrities and others would make jokes or comments about Bush and Cheney being Hitler. Dan Rather lost his job pushing obviously forged documents weeks before the election. Many times, trendy museums had exhibits with Bush, as the devil or Hitler. Also, let’s not forget the endless stream paper Mache Bush look a likes that were paraded down DC streets with him depicted as the devil, Hitler, etc.

Please, if Fox News (a new organization not the president) has anything like the Attack Watch web page shown below (a web site sponsored by our amazingly thin skinned President of the United States) please show it us. Really, I would like to see it…

The Director of the Secret Service says otherwise, "Secret Service: Threat level against Obama no greater than under Bush, Clinton"

U.S. Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan dismissed published reports that the level of death threats against President Obama are four times greater than typical threat levels against recent presidents — claiming the current volume of threats is comparable to that under George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

"It's not [a] 400 percent [increase]," Sullivan said during a heated exchange with Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.), who suggested the service needed additional agents to protect the first African-American president.

"I'm not sure where that number comes from," he said, adding that the number of threats against Obama "are the same level as it has been [against] the last two presidents."

But hey, if the hideously tacky Attack Watch site does anything to make the president more safe which I seriously doubt, I am all for it since the Secret Service needs all the help they can get no matter who the president is.
