nah, I think this is feedback from a recent thread where a woman was posting contact info for a local photographer who would do free photo shoots in return for the use of the photos in her portfolio and references. The actual photographer wouldn't really gain anything monetarily at this point by posting some good review of herself 1 week later bc she isn't seek any payment to begin with from those who she would schedule.

OP here. Most definitely. I've been wanting to have a go-to photographer for family events/milestones, and once she establishes some kind of pricing structure, I'd be more than willing to pay for her photography services in the future.

[ Hello all, I am looking to build my photography portfolio. I am a wife and mother of 2, working in the US Navy and realized that my day job as a lawyer was not complete until I picked up a camera. Now, I can't put it down and want to shoot as much as I possibly can. I am also taking a photoshop class using Adobe CS5. I love photographing children and family portraits using natural light. At this time, I am not charging for the photo sessions, and will only charge a very small fee for the CD with all images if you really like my work for the first 15 people that answer this Advertisement. This was the original thread. Don't think she was looking for payment at that time so don't see how posting a good review of herself would help her.

I also looked back at earlier threads involving this photographer and there was significant sock puppetting in those threads as well. Because this photographer appears to be using DCUM as an advertising medium and is violating usage guidelines by being a sock puppet, I will be removing the earlier threads, locking this thread, and removing the photographer's name from this thread.
