I Don't Know How She Does It (Movie)

My sentiment exactly, OP. I also saw the trailor and think SJP is a terrible, terrible choice. Also... What the hell do they always have to americanize everything?

i didn't even know this was based on a book and thought SJP was all wrong. she seems to be on the Katherine Heigl track of just calling in movies, playing the same person all the time.

Did anyone read the Vogue article about SJP and the movie. It was farcical.

Kate Winslet or Naomi Watts would have been perfect. Or that Toni.... who was "In Her Shoes"

Read the book right about when I was returning to work and LOVED it. Loved the end especially.

Agree SJP is not the best choice but will definitely the movie.

I haven't read the book, but I'm getting sick of SJP. Too much of her, everywhere.

In one of her latest interviews she said they're not done yet with "Sex in the City" movies- "we still have a story to tell that we believe needs to be told". C'mon, ladies, let it go already!

SATC 2 was absolutely horrible. Horrible. They are ruining the memories of a great show with those movies.

I actually liked it. I know a lot of people didn't and it wasn't as good as the show or the first movie but I definitely laughed out loud at a few parts.

Also LOVE Greg Kinnear.

SJP can't act. She is ALWAYS exactly the same.

And she's ugly as dirt to boot. Ugh. Her incessant whining drove me nuts on SATC, no way I'd pay to watch it in any movie.

Elizabeth Banks would've been a good choice - dyed brunette as a pp suggested - not sure if Kate was a brunette or that's just how I pictured her.
