Selecting a neutral nursery color

We picked a light brown, our bedding has a lot of white yellow and green and embroidered safari animals so it has some browns as well. We thought we could add some pink or blue accents after the baby arives and both of those colors would look good with the brown

We did a bright, fire engine red, which I still love to this day. With a boy, we used light blue and white accessories. If it had been a girl, we would have used pink and white.

We did red, white, blue and yellow to coordinate with PBK bedding with sailboats. We painted a mural ourselves of the sand (yellow), ocean (royal blue), and sky (light blue) with red and white as accent colors (red/white sailboats, fish)(white seagulls). It was relatively easy to do.
