Havine a nose job as an adult. What did you tell people?

OP, saw SJ's nose. It's not really subtle. It's the kind of thing you see and say "what is different about you?". Which is fine. They did a decent job. I would not say anything unless someone asks. Simple.

I said I was having nose surgery - which I was! My plastic surgeon thinned, removed the broken bridge bone, and turned up my nose (slightly). Recovery was only a week, and thereafter, it's not really noticeable that you had surgery.

I was shocked at how easy recovery was and how little discomfort/pain. So glad I had a nose job!!!

Say your husband punched you and you had to get it reconstructed.

just say yes i got a nose job, when are you getting lypo?
