| I second checking out modern capital dc blog. There are also a few Charles Goodman communities around. Hollin Hills in Alexandria being the most expensive ($700s), but there's also Rock Creek woods off Connecticut in North Kensington, Hammond wood and Hammond hills off viers mill rd, townhouses in Reston, and townhouses in river park at the sw waterfront metro. All very nice communities that hold their value, and the houses are awesome! |
