How many follicles/size on day 4 of stims- IVF

We've done 3 cycles. 1st we only had 4 average quality embryos. Put all 4 in. negative.
2nd cycle - 1 blast on day 5. negative.
3rd cycle - 2 top grade 7,8 cells. negative.

I've tried bedrest, no bedrest, aspirin, no aspirin.

We're now going thru immunology stuff. I see there is a comment on the last post that I didn't see earlier about pgd. We did what I believe is a substitute, the counsyl spit test for the genetic deformities. I'm not sure how that's different from PGD other than that pgd tests the actual embryo, the counsyl test tested me for any genes that would result in however many diseases they test for.
