You do realize this is the way every single president travels everywhere right? Hell the first lady can't even go shopping without a personal detail that includes multiple escalades with multiple secret service. It doesn't matter where they go. They have to have the enterouge and every single president has had the same expense everytime they step out the front door.

Does anyone really think that intelligence is such a simple, one-dimensional characteristic that it could be represented by a single number, even if we had the skill to construct a test that measured it without being distorted by environmental factors? IQ, SAT, etc, are predictors that work with varying success to help us educate kids. By the time they are adults and have had their successes and failures, why go back to predictors? GWB was smart enough to be nominated and elected president. That's a pretty convincing acheivement, even if part of the reason for his success was acting dumb enough to con Gore into looking like an insufferable smart-ass in a debate.

well, I was basing that off of military officer candidate tests that Kerry and Bush took (which the military correlates into an IQ score), and SAT type tests for Bush and Gore, which you can roughly translate into IQ. Kerry was a dumbass, very low LSAT scores - and all they do is measure logical reasoning ability.

Well wtf do you expect a president to do? just swear off travel? No matter where they go for work or vacations, all of that goes with them.
