Need to find a new duvet cover

Is there a major quality difference between a place like Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel and Serena and Lily? The S&L duvets are beautiful, but so pricey! I like to switch bedding out every couple of years, because I get tired of it. Price seems high to do something like that. And I don't even use the duvet the whole year round, because we put a quilt on our bed for summer.

I don't think there is a major quality difference--I think Serena & Lily just has some beautiful designs that you don't always find at other stores. You can get them for a steep discount if you wait for a Bloomingdales Friends and Family sale or some other home sale promotion they run during various times throughout the year.
