What's a playdate anyway?

Would you be offended if I agreed to let my kid have a playdate with yours but suggested it was at a playground or other activity in public, rather than in your home? (I have issues.)

Welcome to parenting. We all have hangups. We all get offended. No one should be ashamed of how they chose to parent. It just is what it is. If you don't like it, seek out other parents, you'll eventually find one's you click with. Parenting isn't easy and lots of factors come into play. Don't waste your time being too offended or trying to shame anyone - it's just wasted energy.
