I love meat, and I think morning star meatless crumbles are awesome , I like them in tacos.
What about a dish with portabella mushrooms. |
And here they are: Italian-Style Meatballs 1pkg (12oz) frozen prebrowned vegetable protein crumbles, thawed (aka: Morningstar burger crumbles) 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 C Italian-style dry breadcrumbs 2 cloves of garlic minced 2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp Italian herbs 1/2 tsp crushed fennel seeds Combine all ingredients, mashing protein crumbles lightly with a fork. Form mixture into 24 balls. Bake at 350 degrees (spray baking sheet or foil on sheet with Pam) until firm, about 10 min. |
